Large-size isostatic pressing mold rubber sleeves, large-diameter cold isostatic pressing molds are fully designed with CIP tooling to meet the needs of isostatic pressing of large workpieces, including shaping tooling, sealing tooling fixtures, hoisting devices, powder loading tools and other complete molds. It is suitable for isostatic pressing of products of different shapes, such as cylinders, round tubes, billets, square tubes, special-shaped parts, etc.
The wet bag method isostatic pressing encapsulates the blank (or pre-pressure process in advance) in an elastic plastic or rubber mold, seals it and puts it into a high-pressure cylinder, and pressurizes the blank through liquid transfer. This method can change the shape and size of the plastic envelope, making the product highly flexible and suitable for small-scale production. However, manual bagging and unloading operations are required every time, and the production efficiency is not high. This method is mainly used for the production of large, special-shaped parts.
Wet-bag isostatic molds/bags
Dry bag method isostatic pressing is to semi-fix the elastic mold and not soak it in the liquid medium, but it is sealed by the upper and lower pistons. The pressure pump injects the liquid medium between the high-pressure cylinder and the pressurized rubber, and the pressure is transmitted through the liquid and the pressurized rubber to cause the green body to be pressed and formed. This method can be operated continuously, that is, the upper cover of the mold is opened, materials are loaded, and then the upper cover is closed and pressurized to form. When discharging, the upper cover is opened and the compact is ejected from the top through the ejector rod at the bottom. The operation cycle is short and suitable for batch production.
