Isostatic graphite: Isostatic graphite refers to graphite material produced by isostatic pressing. Due to the uniformity of the liquid pressure during the molding process, the graphite material obtained has excellent properties, including: large molding specifications; uniform blank structure; high density and high strength; isotropic (characteristics have nothing to do with size, shape and sampling direction), etc. Advantages, so isostatic graphite is also called isotropic graphite.
Isostatic graphite: The material to be pressed is sealed and placed into a high-pressure container. The material is evenly pressurized from all directions by utilizing the incompressibility of the liquid medium and its ability to uniformly transmit pressure. When the liquid medium is injected with pressure through the pressure pump, according to the principle of fluid mechanics, the pressure of the powder in the high-pressure container is uniform and uniform in all directions. Densifying a powder into a green body using the above method is called isostatic pressing.
