In the mold, put the mold into a high-pressure container filled with a rigid liquid medium, and then apply pressure to the liquid medium. Due to the incompressibility of the rigid liquid medium and the characteristics of uniform pressure transmission, the pressure passes through the liquid wrapped around the elastic mold. The medium is evenly transferred to the elastic model, and the blank material filled in it is pressurized, and finally a product of a certain shape is obtained. The characteristic of the isostatic pressing method is that the embryo body is evenly stressed around the body, so this molding method is especially suitable for preparing products with complex shapes that cannot be prepared by other molding methods. At the same time, during the isostatic pressing process, the forming pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily. Compared with other forming methods, the isostatic pressing forming blank has higher density and higher uniformity. During the firing process, the embryo body shrinks little and is not easily deformed.
