Powder sintered filter element:

1. The sintered metal powder filter element is pressed by cold isostatic pressing. 

2. Pour the metal powder into the mold, seal it and press it by hydraulic pressure. 

3. Due to the uniform distribution of hydraulic pressure, the porous element made has excellent uniform pore characteristics. 

4. The length of the filter element can reach 1600mm, and the diameter of the filter element can reach 320mm. 

Sintering process The pressed filter element is sintered in a specially designed vacuum furnace, which is the specific process step of the product. After sintering, the original dispersed metal powder particle structure is completely combined to form a rigid part. And it can ensure the shape of the porous material is stable, and still maintain the strong characteristics of the metal parts.
