1. Static pressure molding is the most common advanced ceramic molding process for barren materials. By putting the powder into a flexible mold or bag and applying various uniform pressures to it, it is currently the most widely used and mature technology in China. The process is divided into dry bag isostatic pressing and wet bag isostatic pressing. It is characterized by low cost, simple mold, and high green strength, but the size is not accurate, complex shapes are difficult to form, and the wet bag automatic production efficiency is low.
2. In 1945, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology first reported tape casting. The principle is that the slurry with suitable viscosity and good dispersion flows to the base belt through the slurry groove of the casting machine, and the slurry is spread by the relative movement of the base belt and the scraper, and a green body with a smooth surface is formed under the action of surface tension. The green body has good toughness and strength, and can prepare ceramic thin sheets with a thickness of several microns to 1mm. It has been widely used in capacitor ceramics, AlO substrates and piezoelectric ceramic diaphragms. In addition, it can be prepared by casting method Si3N4, SiC, boron nitride (BN) and other laminated composite materials to prepare advanced ceramics with high toughness.
3. Injection molding is a new technology for preparing ceramic parts developed by combining polymer injection molding method with ceramic preparation technology. In recent years, it has developed rapidly in China, and has the most advantages in the mass production of small-sized, high-precision, and complex-shaped ceramics. Engine rotor blades, sliding bearings, ceramic bearing balls, ceramic ferrules for optical connectors, ceramic teeth, ceramic watches, etc. have all achieved mass production in recent years. The injection molding method will be the most promising molding method for small-sized ceramic parts, especially complex-shaped ceramic parts.
Jiangsu High Industry focuses on the research and production of isostatic pressing moulds, customizes various dry bag and cold isostatic pressing moulds, adapts to different models of various manufacturers at home and abroad, and deeply understands the needs of various industries. Alloy, graphite and other industries provide high-performance isostatic pressing mold rubber sleeves.
Product overview: Isostatic pressing rubber mold is used for the molding of ceramic materials, tungsten and molybdenum materials, graphite materials, refractory materials, and alloy powders. It can be customized according to drawings, and can be designed according to samples.
Product features: The deformation of the elastic mold under the pressure of the liquid medium is transmitted to the powder in the mold. The friction between the powder and the mold wall is small, the blank is uniformly stressed, and the density distribution is uniform, and the pre-pressed blank is encapsulated. In the elastic rubber mold, it is put into the high-pressure cylinder after sealing, and the green body is compressed and formed by liquid transfer.
Product advantages: The design of the mold cover is reasonable to ensure no water leakage, the blank is well formed, and the service life is long, including the fixture for processing the blank, which can be customized! There is a free amount of open steel molds.
We support all kinds of customization, if you need it, please contact us.
