The cold isostatic press is a process in which liquid medium is continuously injected into the sealed pressing cylinder through a pressurized source, and the hydraulic pressure in the pressing cylinder is continuously increased. The material placed in a sealed container is subjected to equal pressure in all aspects, so that products with consistent density and strength can be obtained.

 

Isostatic pressed products have high density, uniform density distribution, consistent isotropy, and a wide range of product forming (especially for products with large size, large slenderness ratio, complex image, and difficult to form by ordinary forming methods. ).
