2. The isostatic press with spacer is a new type of isostatic press developed on the basis of the former. Its main features are: a cylindrical rubber spacer is installed in the main oil cylinder to separate the oil outside the liner from the water in the liner. , the high-pressure oil passes through the rubber spacer to compress the water in the sleeve, and then applies pressure to the rubber sleeve to form the granulated material into a blank. Its advantages are:

(1) The oil and water are separated by the spacer, the outer jacket medium is oil, the inner jacket is water, and the water mixed with granulated material is sealed in the water jacket, which can completely solve the pollution problem of the working medium.

(2) Jacket oil will not cause damage to the pressure relief valve during pressure relief, and can work normally for a long time.

(3) Rapid pressurization can be achieved at low pressure, which saves the forming time of granulated materials, which is shorter than that of single medium and has high efficiency.
