In the wet bag process, powder is filled into a forming mold and sealed outside a high-pressure vessel, which is then directly immersed in a pressure medium. Then, isostatic pressing is applied on the surface of the mold to compress the powder. This method is suitable for small batch production and trial production of various complex shapes or large products.

 

The dry bag method is to transfer pressure through a pressed rubber mold in a high-pressure container, and fill the powder into the formed elastomer mold. The method is labor-saving and highly automated, and is suitable for the production of simple and limited products.
