Product overview: Isostatic polyurethane molds are used for molding ceramic materials, tungsten-molybdenum materials, graphite materials, refractory materials, and alloy powders. They can be customized according to drawings, and can be designed according to samples.

Product features: The deformation of the elastomer mold under the pressure of the liquid medium is transmitted to the powder in the mold, the friction between the powder and the mold wall is small, the green body is evenly stressed, and the density distribution is uniform. Sealed in an elastic rubber mold, put it into a high-pressure cylinder after sealing, and press and shape the green body through liquid transfer.
