Main description:

Isostatic pressing technology is an advanced ultra-high pressure hydraulic equipment that utilizes the products in a closed high-pressure container to be formed under the state of equal ultra-high pressure in all directions. Isostatic pressing technology is divided into three different types: cold isostatic pressing, warm isostatic pressing and hot isostatic pressing according to the temperature during forming and consolidation.

DESCRIPTION

Isostatic pressing technology is an advanced ultra-high pressure hydraulic equipment that utilizes the products in a closed high-pressure container to be formed under the state of equal ultra-high pressure in all directions. Isostatic pressing technology is divided into three different types: cold isostatic pressing, warm isostatic pressing and hot isostatic pressing according to the temperature during forming and consolidation.

1. Hot isostatic pressing is an advanced sintering process. The products are placed in a closed container, and equal pressure is applied to the products in all directions, while high temperature is applied, and the products are sintered and densified under the effect of high temperature and pressure.

2. Warm isostatic press uses the principle of equal pressure in all directions in liquid medium to realize equal pressure pressing of powder materials. The electrical control system based on PLG is used to realize the action control of heating and charging system, booster, hydraulic station and other actuators, and then realize the pressure control in the press cylinder.

3. Cold isostatic pressure technology is at room temperature with rubber or plastic for packaging mold material, with liquid as the pressure medium, the general use of pressure for 100MPa-630MPa.
