The pressure is about 200 tons. When the liquid medium is injected into the pressure vessel through the pressure pump, according to the principle of fluid mechanics, its pressure is constant and uniformly transmitted to all directions. At this time, the powder in the high-pressure vessel is under pressure in all directions. are uniform and consistent in size.

1. It can form simple, large, thin and long products that cannot be produced by general methods, and the forming quality is high.
2. It is convenient to increase the molding pressure without increasing the difficulty of operation, and the pressure effect is better than other dry pressing methods.
3. Because the green body is under uniform pressure in all directions, its density is high and uniform, and its firing shrinkage is small, so it is not easy to deform.
4. The mold is easy to make, has a long service life and low cost.
5. Less or no binder can be used.
