The steel-lined tetrafluoro (PTFE) isostatic composite pipe is divided into one-time forming process and two-time forming process. The one-time forming process is to fill the inner wall of the steel with PTFE powder and put it into the isostatic pressure tank to increase the height. Composite pipe sintered after hydraulic setting. The secondary molding process is to fill the polytetrafluoroethylene powder into the inner wall of the steel, put it into the isostatic autoclave chamber, increase the water pressure to shape, and then sinter and flang the composite pipe.
Product Features
① Under the condition of strong corrosive medium, the service temperature range is -60℃~200℃.
②When used under vacuum conditions, the thickness of the lining layer should be adjusted according to different operating temperatures.
③The hydraulic pressure in the isostatic tank can reach 30MPa, which makes the density of PTFE higher and the anti-permeation performance better.
④ The stress of the inner lining layer in the secondary molding process is small, which effectively solves the problem of expansion and contraction of the inner lining layer due to cold and heat changes during use.
⑤ The inner and outer walls of the steel are subjected to uniform pressure in the isostatic autoclave chamber, which will not cause deformation of the steel body.
