Production method of alumina ceramic ball

 

1. Hydraulic hard die forming

3. Dry isostatic pressing

Dry isostatic pressing of alumina ceramic ball is the most advanced forming method at present. It is easy to realize automatic production and less affected by human factors. The consistency of the shape and appearance of the blank body is better than that of cold isostatic pressing of wet bag. Generally, from the beginning of pressure to the end of a pressing cycle in one minute, pressure relief when the gas inside the body to discharge in a short time, if the powder water is not uniform or the granularity of granulation is not appropriate, the body is easy to crack or even pulverized burst, so this method of forming the forming performance of the powder is high, must be sprayed by the powder granulation.

 

The application of alumina ceramic ball:

 

1. First of all, it can be used as a grinding medium, that is to say, it can be used in some ball mills, pot mills and other grinding equipment. Because it is very wear-resistant, so the application is very useful in this respect, much better than the ordinary medium, so it will be used in some ceramic factories and glass factories when finishing or deep processing. It can help the grinding equipment to grind well, improve the efficiency of the work. At the same time, using this as the medium can also save a lot of time and cost, because it is not very expensive.

 

2. At the same time, the role of adding this ceramic ball in the rubber is also very large, it can increase the coefficient of grinding, making the rubber more wear-resistant, in many fields when the rubber can be added to the ceramic ball. Make the effect more obvious, but also can extend the use of time, which can also reduce the cost. In addition, it is very resistant to high temperature, so it is also very useful as a catalyst in some reactors, such as natural gas or environmental protection industry, it can be used well, and will not produce any harmful substances when used.
