1. Dry forming Dry forming includes: traditional dry pressing and isostatic pressing. Traditional dry pressing can make the powder into a lower density green body, and can also crush the soft agglomeration between powders, while isostatic pressing (cold isostatic pressing is commonly used), which uses liquid as the pressure transmission medium , the green body can be pressed more evenly. The main purpose of cold isostatic pressing is to make the green body more dense and reshape the green body under high pressure to obtain a green body with high density, small pores and good uniformity. . Generally speaking, dry forming is widely used in simple ceramic parts, and because of its simple operation, it can be applied to large-scale industrial production. However, in the preparation of ceramics by dry pressing, it is difficult to completely eliminate the agglomeration behavior of the powder, which will inevitably affect the performance of the final ceramic product to a certain extent.
2. Wet molding The wet molding process is more complicated than the dry molding, and the debinding process before the main body is dried and sintered is a problem that must be solved by the wet molding. Although wet molding solves the problem of agglomeration in powder molding to a certain extent, it causes the problems of debinding and difficulty in large-scale industrial production.
