ISO Molds for High Voltage Electric Porcelain
High voltage electric porcelain by isostatic pressing process
Principle of isostatic pressing process:
The isostatic pressing process is to send the prepared mud through the high pressure pump to the spray dryer, in the spray dryer the mud atomized and dried into fine powder particles, and then the powder is made into blank in the isostatic pressing press. The finished blank can be repaired immediately, glazed and fired into the kiln, completely eliminating the wet forming process that requires a large amount of working area of the blank drying and product drying processes.
High voltage porcelain is an important part of high voltage transmission and transformation lines. It mainly refers to the insulating ceramics used for high-voltage transmission lines and power stations and various electrical appliances, also known as insulators. It is an important part of the power industry.
The main ceramic materials are ordinary ceramics (low-voltage electrical porcelain), high-silicon porcelain and aluminum porcelain (high-voltage electrical porcelain), with bending strength of 120-160MPa. At present, the production of ultra-high strength porcelain by isostatic pressing has adapted to the increasingly high requirements of electric porcelain insulators in the power industry.
