Isostatic Pressing
Isostatic pressure treatment: It is to place the product in the container containing liquid, under certain pressure and temperature conditions, apply equal pressure to the product from all directions and all surfaces, so that the product does not change the appearance and shape of the condition, reduce the distance between molecules, increase the density, and even produce the deformation of molecules and atoms, to change the surface state of the substance, molecular arrangement and physical properties. Improve various physical properties of substances, and then obtain new materials and high performance materials, to meet the requirements of aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical and other fields of material performance.
Cold isostatic pressure (CIP) : The product placed in a container is formed and densified by applying equal pressure in all directions under ambient temperature conditions.
Scope of application: molding and densification of high-tech materials
Hot isostatic pressure (HIP) : products placed in containers are formed and densified under the action of high temperature and high pressure when equal pressure is applied.
Application: sintering and densification of metal, ceramic and other high-tech materials.
