Large in size and complex in shape, it has been used in the production of rods, pipes and large products.

(2) Hot isostatic pressing

The process of putting the powder compact or the powder in a special container into the high-pressure container of the hot isostatic press, applying high temperature and high pressure, so that these powders are pressed and sintered into dense parts or materials. The isostatic pressing can activate the occurrence of diffusion and creep phenomena, promote the atomic diffusion and recrystallization of the powder, and carry out plastic deformation at a very slow rate. The gas is the pressure transmission medium, and the powder is in the isostatic high-pressure container at the same time Under the combined effect of high temperature and high pressure, the pressing and sintering process is strengthened, and the pressing pressure and sintering temperature of the product are both low. Dry cold isostatic pressing. The product has high density and strength, and the mesh is uniform. The defects and pores between the particles inside the material are eliminated. The shape and size are not limited, but the price of the hot isostatic pressing machine is high, and the investment is large. The hot isostatic pressing has been used for dry powder high-speed steel, refractory gold house, high production of products such as warm alloys and cermets.
