Isostatic pressing: Place the sample to be pressed in a high-pressure container, and use the incompressible properties of the liquid medium and the properties of uniform pressure transmission to uniformly pressurize the sample from all directions. At present, there are two types of cold isostatic pressing recognized in the world, dry bag isostatic pressing and wet bag isostatic pressing.

Isostatic pressing technology is a kind of ultra-high pressure hydraulic advanced equipment that utilizes the products in the closed high-pressure container to form under the uniform ultra-high pressure state in all directions. According to the temperature of forming and consolidation, isostatic pressing technology is divided into three different types: cold isostatic pressing, warm isostatic pressing and hot isostatic pressing.

Dry isostatic pressing, the elastic mold is semi-fixed, not soaked in the liquid medium, but sealed by the upper and lower pistons. The pressure pump injects the liquid medium between the high-pressure cylinder and the pressurized rubber, and the pressure is transmitted through the liquid and the pressurized rubber to form the green body under pressure.

Wet isostatic pressing, encapsulating the pre-pressed billet in an elastic plastic or rubber mold, and putting it into a high-pressure cylinder after sealing, and forming the billet under pressure through liquid transfer.

The isostatic pressing machine is used to press the green compact with high density and uniformity, and the density can be easily controlled. Each cylinder of the isostatic press can press multiple products of the same or different shapes and sizes, and the process is simple.
