Slip casting is a very simple and flexible molding technology. Its basic principle is to make fluid slurry with water, etc., and inject the slurry into the porous plaster model. Capillary suction, the inner wall of the mold absorbs water from the slurry to form a solidified blank along the mold wall, and the blank can be demolded when the blank has a certain strength.
Slip casting is a molding method in which the mud is poured into a plaster mold to make it into a product. Vases, pots, teapots, sugar jars, milk levels, and tune-ups with complex shapes are formed by grouting. The paddle injection molding method is relatively simple, that is, the mud made from the blank is injected into the gypsum model. Because the gypsum chess has water absorption, the water in the part of the mud near the inner wall of the model is sucked by the porous gypsum. A mud layer of the same shape as the inner wall of the model is formed, which thickens with time. After stopping for a period of time, pour out the excess mud, and the mud layer close to the inner wall of the Shifen model remains in the model; after a period of time, the mud layer naturally shrinks and separates from the model, and the formed rough blank can be removed. take out.
